Journal of Information System and Artificial Intelligence (JISAI) diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta. JISAI memuat naskah hasil-hasil penelitian dibidang Sistem Informasi, Teknologi Informasi dan Sistem Komputer. JISAI berkomitmen untuk memuat artikel berbahasa Indonesia yang berkualitas dan dapat menjadi rujukan utama para akademisi, peneliti dan praktisi dalam bidang Sistem Informasi, Teknologi Informasi dan Ilmu Komputer. Jurnal ini diterbitkan 2 kali dalam 1 tahun yakni pada bulan November dan Mei dengan periode penerimaan artikel sepanjang tahun. 10 artikel pertama yang lolos seleksi akan diterbitkan pada periode penerbitan yang paling dekat. Sedangkan, artikel ke-11 dan seterusnya akan diterima untuk diterbitkan pada periode yang akan datang. Artikel yang masuk ke jurnal ini akan di-review oleh mitra bestari sebelum diterbitkan. Proses review artikel dilakukan secara double blind review yang mana mitra bestari tidak mengetahui siapa penulis artikel tersebut dan juga sebaliknya penulis tidak mengetahui mitra bestari yang menilai artikel tersebut. Jurnal JISAI merupakan jurnal akses terbuka (open access) sehingga seluruh artikel yang diterbitkan oleh jurnal ini dapat diakses kapan saja dan di mana saja oleh siapa saja tanpa dipungut biaya. Selain itu, untuk Submit dan Review Manuskrip adalah Bebas Biaya.

Abstract

Aglaonema or popularly known in Indonesia as "Sri Rejeki" is a leaf ornamental plant fancied by many people. This plant has unique leaves with beautiful and diverse shapes, colors, and patterns. Various ways can be used to identify this plant; one of which is by using an image processing technique in which the process is carried out through feature extraction or classification process. A method/algorithm to classify Aglaonema image is the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). CNN is an algorithm of Deep Learning and is the development of a Multi Layer Perceptron (MLP). This study used the image of 5 types of Aglaonema leaves with 100 images of each type. The CNN model used in this study was the Alexnet model. Based on 4 experiments using the optimizer and different configurations of epoch values, the highest training validation accuracy value was 98.00%. The system also can classify Aglaonema images well with an accuracy success rate of 96% of 50 images tested.

Abstract

Tapay is a food in which the manufacturing process involves yeast. Unlike others, tapay requires fermentation using yeast containing the Kapang Amylomyces Rousi, Mucor sp, Rhizopus sp, Khamir Saccharomycopsis fibuligera, Candida Utilis, Pichia burtonii, Saccharomyces Cerevisiae, Saccharomycopsis Malanga, and the bacteria Pediococcus sp and Bacillus sp. Cassava tapay (Manihot Utilissima) is food containing these elements. Problems arise when the common public has no idea about the ripeness of cassava fermentation. Therefore, an artificial neural system is developed to detect the ripeness of cassava fermentation using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method. The CNN method is one of the Deep Learning methods that can carry out an independent learning process for object recognition that is extracted and classified, then can be applied to high-resolution images with a nonparametric distribution model. The study results by making 45 training data reached 96.88%, and using 30 cassava tapay test data reached 90%. These results aim to reduce community error, especially for consumers, in determining the ripeness of cassava tapay.

Abstract

Early diagnosis of lung cancer, which is the number one cause of death in developed countries, is urgently needed. In general, lung cancer is caused by many things including an unhealthy environment, an unhealthy lifestyle and a lack of knowledge about the characteristics or symptoms that are signs that a person has a high or low risk of cancer. The acquisition of knowledge from experts, in this study, is an anatomical pathologist who specializes in obtaining a knowledge base. There are 50 selected respondents who are used as data in this study. The detectable risk is a low risk of lung cancer and a high risk of lung cancer. The forward chaining method is a method for calculating the confidence value of the symptoms given by a patient. The results of testing from 50 selected respondents got very good results for application assessment and application testing results are in accordance with the analysis of the informants by 70%.

Abstract

Competitive competition and the arrival of global markets are challenges, these challenges are related to getting products and services that are on time and at a low cost. Organizations or companies begin to realize this and to deal with it is not enough just to increase efficiency in organizations or companies, but the entire supply chain must be competitive. Increasing competition between companies in both local and international markets makes managers determined to focus on how to gain competitive advantage in order to stay in business. Abstract

Cabai merah adalah jenis sayuran yang dapat membangkitkan selera makan khususnya di lidah pencinta kuliner pedas di Indonesia. Budidaya tanaman cabai banyak ditemui di Indonesia salah satunya di daerah Kabupaten Blitar. Pada musim penghujan, para petani selalu merasa resah pada saat menanam cabai di musim hujan. Pada musim hujan cabai rentan terkena penyakit yang cukup banyak. Untuk mengatasi penyakit tersebut, dibutuhkan langkah yang tepat yaitu dengan cara memberikan penanganan khusus berupa pengobatan yang benar terhadap tanaman yang terjangkit penyakit.Untuk proses mendiagnosa jenis-jenis penyakit yang ada di tanaman tersebut maka diperlukan cara alternatif dengan membuatkan sebuah aplikasi sistem pakar agar dapat mendiagnosa penyakit pada tanaman cabai. Dalam rancangan sistem pakar ini, menerapkan metode Certainty Factor dan Weighted Product. Metode Certainty Factor digunakan untuk menghitung nilai bobot saat gejala awal penyakit pada tanaman cabai. Sedangkan metode Weighted Product adalah proses menormalisasi dalam menentukan jenis penyakit berdasarkan perhitungan bobot gejala awal penyakit. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian terhadap user untuk melakukan konsultasi dengan menjawab beberapa pertanyaan tentang gejala- gejala yang telah dialami, berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan pada sistem pakar sebanyak 30 kali, nilai akurasi yang didapat adalah sebanyak 90.48% dimana ini membuktikan sistem sudah berjalan dengan baik dan memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dalam menganalisis penyakit pada tanaman cabai.

Abstract

PT Aseli Dagadu Djokdja adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan cinderamata khas Yogyakarta berupa kaos dan pernak-pernik. Sejak berdiri bisnis ini di tahun 1994, perusahaan ini mempunyai banyak data yang bisa diolah untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan perusahaan. Masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan ini adalah lamanya masa produksi kaos, berkisar 3 bulan, membuat resiko lambatnya perputaran uang diperusahaan. Produksi yang tidak tepat sasaran atau tidak sesuai prediksi juga menjadi permasalahan perusahaan. Selain itu, penjualan secara daring melalui website www.dagadu.co.id belum maksimal dikarenakan rekomendasi produk alternatif guna upselling maupun cross selling belum ada. Oleh karena itu melalui penelitian ini, menggunakan Algoritma Data Mining, peneliti dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah pengambilan keputusan produksi dan rekomendasi produk di PT Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. Adapun dalam penelitian ini akan dibahas bagaimana cara mengimplementasikan salah satu algoritma dalam data mining, yaitu algoritma Frequent Pattern Growth (FP-Growth).

Abstract

Technological developments certainly bring positive things to a business or in the field of education. In addition, technological developments also facilitate various human work, such as the existence of information technology, but this must be balanced with an audit of the information system in order to prevent threats or losses at the TS Beauty center clinic. TS Beauty Center Clinic is located in Bojonegoro, because it is one of the well-known clinics. TS Beauty Center has a large number of customers spread from several areas, not only Bojonegoro. This clinic requires special skills and experience in the field of beauty for new employees. This study aims to determine the extent of the performance of the learning information system, namely the website for managing business processes at the TS Beauty Center and provide a recommendation for improved governance after knowing that there is an imbalance between the governance applied and the expected governance in accordance with the applied framework. The framework used in this research is COBIT version 4.1. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews and questionnaires with resource persons and employees at the clinic that had been determined in accordance with the domain and Control Objective used. The data analysis method is carried out through the stages of determining the domain, determining the control process, determining indicators and mapping the level of maturity. The results of this study are to determine the maturity level of the website implementation at TS Beauty Center.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi yang telah berkembang, kini menjadi bagian penting dalam aktivitas masyarakat di kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satu bentuk penerapan teknologi informasi yang memberikan pengaruh besar dalam bidang ekonomi adalah penggunaan dompet digital atau biasa disebut digital wallet. Dompet digital dikenal sebagai uang tunai virtual atau cashless services yang menggantikan uang tunai fisik saat ini. Dompet digital merupakan sebuah inovasi yang dibuat untuk mempermudah transaksi. Salah satu dompet digital yang banyak digunakan di Indonesia saat ini adalah DANA. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis adopsi inovasi teknologi informasi dompet digital DANA menggunakan Innovation and Diffusion Theory (IDT). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi niat adopsi layanan dompet digital DANA oleh pengguna e-wallet di Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel compatibility, observability dan trialability mempengaruhi niat adopsi pengguna DANA di Surabaya.

Abstract

The use of E-Government became one of the utilization of information and communication technology as a support of government administration to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, accountability, and transparency of government and improve public services. One of the public services that is often encountered is about population. Surabaya City is one of the cities that implements E-Government in population and civil registration matters. E-Government services in the form of the Surabaya Dispendukcapil website will be measured using the E-GovQual method and Importance Performance Analysis to measure service quality and determine the service quality of the Surabaya Dispendukcapil. Result from this research shows the value of the level of conformity is 79.04% it is means that Surabaya Dispendukcapil still cannot meet user expectation with the results of the quadrant on the IPA showing the main priority on the design attribute (CAI4) and the search attribute (EU2).

Abstract

The existence of technology has provided many benefits for human life, one of which is in the field of patient registration both to puskesmas and hospitals. One of the patient registration websites that is widely used in Indonesian society is E-Health. E-Health is an online patient registration service that can be used to access patient registration at the Puskesmas and RSUD. To determine the quality of the website, it is necessary to measure. These measurements need to be carried out to determine the quality of a website so that we can understand the opinions of users of a website whether users are satisfied enough or the quality of the website still needs to be improved. The implementation of this research uses the webqual 4.0 method with three indicators, namely Usability (usability), Information Quality (quality of information), Service Interaction Quality (service interaction) and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method as a calculation method. After measuring the results of this study, the E-Health website needs to improve its performance so that the level of performance (Performance) is higher than the level of expectation (Importance), especially on the Information Quality variable and Service Interaction Quality indicator no 8 which is located in quadrant A "The website provides information which is quite clear” it is necessary to make improvements to the E-Health website should be carried out on an ongoing basis.
